A Painting Party joins Crop Out Diabetes for an extra special add on event! We cannot wait!

We are excited to announce that A Painting Party with Les and Jo will be joining our event this year. Hello Ladies,

I wanted to send out a BIG thank you to all of you for attending/donating to the JDRF Crop Event on Saturday, February 5th 2011.

We were very blessed to have a great day to be warm inside (Thank you Old Hickory Country Club), wonderful full house of ladies saving memories (Scrapbooking for a Cause), and many donations and silent auction items to bid on throughout the day!

Our event in 2011 was a large success, thanks to you.
We are able (at this time) to present JDRF with checks totaling $3800.

We still hope to see more checks from vendor sales that day!
Our addition of Cindy McIntosh from BonAlure Salon and Spa brought in a great deal and we hope she returns next year!!

What a lovely day of feeling the love in our hearts when we heard Riley tell us about her average day with Type 1 Diabetes and her mom smiling over her knowing how strong she really is! What a large testimony from someone so small. Thank you to Riley and Jill!!

We heard Ellen speak of her many sweet children and her intended efforts to keep right on fighting for a cure along side her kids, family, and friends. We should keep her prayer in our hearts and in our mind. We now know of her vow and her determination to make every effort to make that cure happen, including being a huge part of our days success! Thank you Ellen!!

During our wonderful boxed lunches provided by OHCC, Such a loud statement the band made with some awesome hits from the 70's and 80's. This sure got us up out of our seats and groovin', eatin' and scrappin' at the same time! What a super addition to our super Saturday!!! Hello Ladies,
No Worries about the weather.

We will be there tomorrow to save those memories and scrap the day away!

We have SOOO many items for the silent auction and SOOO many giveaways, great vendors, a great band, yummy lunch, so strong and sweet ladies (and Riley)to speak to our hearts! We cannot wait to have you join us at this special event!!

We begin at 9am and scrap until 5pm. If you need an elevator to get your larger items inside the ball room, the side entrance is where you might like to enter. You are welcome to come in the main entrance and be shown where this is.

PLEASE STOP at main entrance (up the stairs) to sign in , sign the Crop Album.

If you are not with a group, let us know so we can seat you and not split groups.

If you are with a group, please find the spot you like. We will not have assigned seating this year so it is up to you. If the table is reserved we will have this identified. The digital tables will be closer to the walls, of course! SO, get there early to get a great seat!!!

Please use your best judgment if the weather is questionable. Travel Safely!!
